Amway supports its employees in their efforts to maintain a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. To this aim, Amway offers several initiatives to keep employees informed about nutrition and physical exercise, and to give them access to varied sports activities. Amway welcomes and promotes the social commitment of its employees. Once per year, each employee is given a day off his or her job to do volunteering work. On their Volunteer Day, Amway employees donate their time and offer their services to local social institutions, associations and non-profit initiatives. For Amway, treating its workforce with respect is the correct way to go: proof of this are the satisfaction of our employees and the longevity of our workforce.
