The AC Milan Opportunity. What does it mean?

  • The NUTRILITE Brand has signed a 2 year sponsorship deal with AC Milan, commencing October 2008, until August 2010, providing exclusivity in vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements and protein supplements across all channels.*
  • Scientists working on NUTRILITE Products will work closely with MilanLab to identify which combination of NUTRILITE supplements are optimal for each AC Milan player.*

AC Milan Club HISTORY

1899 - The club is founded under the name of Milan Cricket and Football Club

1900 – Milan Cricket and Football club play their first official match

1920s - The club changes its name from Milan F.C. to Milan Associazione Sportiva as the team goes through a period of highs and lows

1940s - The team takes the name of AC Milan

1950s -  A return to winning ways thanks to the purchase of new players such as Liedhol, Gren and Nordahl

1955/56 - Milan lifts the Latin Cup for the second time, beating Athletic Bilbao 3-1 in the final.

1956/57 - Milan win the league title with new coach Gipo Viani in charge of the team

1963- International success as Milan win the Champions Cup in London in May.

1967-68 - After a number of disappointing seasons where the team played well below their potential, Milan return to the top of the table winning their ninth league title. The prestige of the club grows further with the victory of the European Cup Winners' Cup; the first in Milan's history

1978/89 - A season which sees the arrival of Arrigo Sacchi, along with the Dutch stars Marco Van Basten and Ruud Gullit, leading the team into a new and exciting era that would transform the game not only in Italy but throughout the world

1986-1996 - The team’s most prolific period, not only in terms of the number of trophies won, but in excellent performances and exciting style of play

2007/2008- Milan win the FIFA Club World Cup, the most prestigious intercontinental trophy a Club can long for. Winning the trophy meant that AC Milan became the most successful* Club in the world with the highest number of international trophies conquered!
